Shopping on holiay has an excitement of its own. Although for frequent shoppers like me – its just another day and reason to shop – the whole idea of a new place and unique things to bring home adds all the fun!

Now if you are in Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar isn’t far away. 10kms is covered in barely 15-20mins and you find yourself on the charming Mahabaleshwar market where you can expect to buy everything from the latest style chappals, sandles, crochet bags, tops, jackets, skirts, pouchers, interesting bling wonly for Rs 45/- stuff you can wear to work or a traditional occassion etc.
What you should buy!
Definitely bring home chappals, the crochet is nice but only if you are particularly fond of it. Chappals for moms, sisters, sister in-law, sister’s mother in-law and her sister in-law, it won’t pinch you and the recipient will be happy with the quality too.
What else?
They have nice bling like I said earlier. This particular type of jewellery is available in the Mahabaleswar market and is hand made from water pipes. Hmmm. Interesting stuff eh?
Chappals locally made are cheap, good quality and so is crochet and the local bling. While in Mahabaleswhar or Panchgani, remember what Gorgeous Girlie told you to buy!
