Thanks for sharing. Since I don’t watch TV or read magazines, I am often quite a duh in finding good sale offers in Mumbai, which I personally find quite expensive (I am a Delhi gal). I am relying on you to provide timely information this time around. πŸ˜€

My wish list of affordable but interesting merchandise this season is –
    a) Western business formals
    b) of course, shoes. πŸ™‚
    c) leather accessories
    d) cotton ethnic

If you find any interesting deals regarding these, please do post. I would be looking forward to it.

Hey Naina! Good to hear from you! Ok here goes my list of suggestions and shopping recommendations for Mumbai.

      a) Western business formals (Shimmer in Lokhandwala Complex Andheri West, Lifestyle and Pantaloon at Phoenix Mills Lower Parel or even Inorbit Mall Malad)

      b) of course, shoes. πŸ™‚ (Shoes are best available at Bandra Linking road with dozens of shoe stores lined up and with the sale season on you can expect great bargains!

      c) leather accessories (This one’s tricky! Leather is seldom cheap. But the best leather bags and merchandise is available at Dharavi the slum area and you have to hunt around for the best shop)

      d) cotton ethnic (Fab India at Kala Ghoda and Pali Hill Bandra, Cottons at Bandra, Cotton Cottage at Kala Ghoda, Khar and Lokhandwala and even Globus at Hill Road Bandra and KalaGhoda have some reasonably priced cotton ethnic kurtis and fusion wear)

I hope you find this info useful but more than that I wish you get the BEST BARGAINS! And if you do please dont forget to tell me all about it πŸ™‚ We could perhaps spend a girlyhour chatting all about shopping πŸ˜‰
